Study Queensland and Study Sunshine Coast are pleased to advise student support details for over the Christmas and New Year period. Student safety is Study Queensland’s and our number one priority and we work with our industry partners to ensure you enjoy a safe and high-quality study experience. All students studying an international program at an accredited International Student Program (ISP) school use our student support service called 1800 QSTUDY (1800 778 839). The 1800 QSTUDY service provides support for you, your authorised contacts and Education Queensland International (EQI) homestay hosts, and responds to incidents that involve international students outside school hours.
You can call 1800 QSTUDY before 9am and after 3pm on school days, and 24 hours during weekends, public holidays and school vacations.
