North Arm State School is a community school with a strong orientation towards caring for each other with a focus on academic outcomes. Students, staff and parents consistently provide positive feedback about their experience at the school and students also consistently demonstrate very high levels of academic achievement in the National Assessment Program for Literacy and Numeracy annual tests. The school also has a strong reputation in the social and cultural areas, through extra-curricular opportunities such as our Marimba Program the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program and our suite of cultural pursuits such as Drama classes, Art classes, the Instrumental Music Program, school choir and rock band. Many students are also taking advantage of the Coding Programs offered for both beginners and experienced coders.
