A fun, introductory short-course for the coffee-lovers. You’ll learn the technical aspects of making the perfect espresso coffee, from the extraction of coffee, to the steaming of milk, right through to finishing off in the cup or glass.

Time: Choose from 2 times (only select 1 session)
Morning Session: 9:00AM – 12:00PM
Afternoon Session: 1.00PM – 4:00PM
Location: 📍 TAFE Queensland Mooloolaba Campus (Cartwright’s Restaurant & Bar, 34 Lady Musgrave Dr, Mountain Creek)
What to bring: Please bring your own water bottle and wear enclosed shoes for the session.

This course is offered free of charge for students; however, spots are limited with 8 per class so you have time on the coffee machines and hands on learning.
This event is fully funded by Study Sunshine Coast , Study Queensland and Sunshine Coast Council, and is free to all students studying on the Sunshine Coast.
