Sunshine Coast Council have launched an exciting new health and well-being initiative called ‘Healthy Sunshine Coast’; a series of free or low cost group fitness opportunities made available for Sunshine Coast residents to participate in across the coast. Some of the activities on offer include: tai chi, pilates, zumba, group fitness and outdoor yoga.
The University of the Sunshine Coast (USC) will be hosting free yoga sessions every Monday from 6am – 7am in front of the library! A great opportunity to kickstart your week.
