AusID Global training programs assist academic programs and long-term International students learn how their individual personality traits affect them in life and in learning. It provides them with a greater Self Awareness and Integrated Life Skills that provides them with strategies that assist with their immersion into the Australian Culture and Lifestyle more effectively.

Australasian Leadership Academy (ALA), understand the importance of educating the corporate world. They will assist you to drive your business to achieve the business outcomes required through quality customised training programs and services – designed by YOU to suit YOUR needs. They specialise in developing customised training programs and workforce development solutions for corporate clients nationally (as well as small to medium enterprises). ALA provides workforce development, personal leadership, blended/customised delivery, including online self-paced learning, nationally recognised industry standard qualifications, Recognition of Prior Learning and workplace experience and training and instruction by fully qualified, industry experienced facilitators.

Conversational English classes are available for people from non-English speaking backgrounds. Lessons focus on English conversation and grammar in a classroom setting. Instruction is by a qualified English language teacher.  The lesson is complete each week with no homework required.  Lessons are informal, and no bookings or interviews are required. Participants develop confidence, make friends and have opportunities to attend social activities and build relationships with residents.  A creche is also available.

The Beauty House Academy was opened in 2009, providing high quality health and beauty courses from our purpose-built Maroochydore campus. In 2017, The Beauty House Academy joined the Lexis Education Group. The Beauty House Academy has a proud record of training work-ready industry professionals, with graduates in high demand across the Sunshine Coast and further afield.  More than 300 Beauty House Academy graduates have gone on to fulfilling careers in areas as diverse as cruise ships, destinations spas, day spas and salons, while many others have gone on to start their own business or to utilise their skills in areas such as sales and marketing.

The Australian Industry Trade College (AITC) offers a unique combination of senior schooling, trade skilling and apprenticeship opportunities to young people living in and around the Sunshine Coast. Students complete their Year 10, 11 and 12 requirements for their Queensland Certificate of Education in the on-campus learning environment supported by a passionate and professional team of teachers, trainers, employment consultants and mentors. Pre-employment training will be provided by AITC partner TAFE Queensland. Once signed into a school-based apprenticeship, students receive vocational training in a trade of their choice, delivered in partnership with industry partners.

Sutherland Training  is a Registered Training Organisation and has over 20 years’ experience in creating training solutions for businesses and individuals.
